Ben — this resonates hard. The “20 tabs open, somehow more confused than before” phase is painfully real, and you name the actual problem cleanly: it’s not lack of information, it’s lack of filtration.

What I appreciate most here is that you start with disqualification instead of fantasy. Ruling things out first feels unsexy, but it’s exactly what restores momentum. Deal-breakers before daydreams is such a relief for nervous systems already overloaded by choice.

The structure mirrors how real decisions actually get made — environment first, lifestyle fit second, countries last — not the other way around. That inversion alone would have saved us months (and several false starts) early on. The bonus views by life stage are smart too; it’s amazing how quickly a country looks different when you run it through a family vs. solo vs. long-term lens.

Also: an hour is an underrated promise. Not “optimize your entire future,” just “get to a shortlist you can act on.” That’s the bridge most people never cross.

This is the kind of tool that doesn’t replace lived experience — it gets you to it faster, with fewer detours and less second-guessing. Nicely done.

Does the analysis include a look at safety for single women and/or LBG couples?
